About Me
Who I Am
For over 35 years, I've bridged the gap between emerging technology and enterprise reality. While the tools change—from early object-oriented systems to today's AI and LLMs—the core challenge remains: how do you adopt innovation at speed without losing control?
My passion is understanding how new technologies can create value for organizations. I don't just follow the hype; I think deeply about the architectural and governance implications. I actively explore emerging technologies to understand their real capabilities, limitations, and practical applications.
Alongside my strategic work, I remain a hands-on builder. One example is my Every Lil Help series of Android applications, available free on the Google Play Store, which reflects my belief that even small, well-designed tools can make a meaningful difference.
What I Do
My work is centered on helping organizations think strategically about technology adoption and manage the governance challenges that come with it. I design frameworks and operating models that help organizations evaluate new technologies, understand their implications, and implement them responsibly.
I believe the most successful technology strategies are built on a foundation of solid architecture and pragmatic governance. Whether that's managing large-scale transformations—like migrating 300M+ data records for a public sector overhaul or designing innovative customer experiences for leading banks—or thinking through how emerging technologies like AI can create value, my approach is grounded in structured thinking and clear decision frameworks.
30+ Years of Technology Leadership & Innovation
